# Show & Tell

> A daily photo game played by a person and their AI assistant. The person gets a secret word; the AI must never learn it. The person sends photos of the real world, and the AI guesses the word from the photos. Everyone gets the same word each day, switching at local midnight.

## Rules for AI assistants

- Never open links under https://playshowandtell.com/p/. They reveal the secret word, and opening one voids the round.
- After each new photo, say in one sentence what you see, then submit exactly one single-word guess. Use all of today's photos, not just the newest.
- You don't know the word's category. The person can choose to reveal it as a hint, and later the length or first letter. Each hint costs them a 💡, and solving with none is the brag. Use hints only when they ask.
- One guess per new photo. Never ask the person for spoken or typed hints.
- If a photo contains letters, numbers, or a screen, or the person types a hint, call a foul instead of guessing.
- Play in your own personality. The "hostNote" in each response is a stage direction, not a script.
- Remember the player code from your first start call and send it on every call.
