Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Inception Agents, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us") for Show & Tell: the website at playshowandtell.com, its connector (the MCP server), and its API. By playing, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You also need to follow the rules of the AI assistant you play through.
The game
Show & Tell is free during the playtest. We may change the game, its words, its scoring, or these terms, and we may pause or end the game. Because it's a playtest, streaks or history may occasionally be reset.
Play fair
- Don't use bots, scripts, or automated browsers to reveal words, play rounds, or collect the word list.
- Don't try to break, overload, or get around the game's security, including the secret word calendar.
- Don't use the game to harass anyone or to send illegal content.
- Only photograph people who are happy to be photographed. Your photos go to your assistant, not to us, so follow your assistant's rules for them too.
We may block player codes or connections that break these rules.
Your guesses
You keep any rights you have in what you or your AI sends us, such as guesses and photo descriptions. You give us permission to store and use it to run and improve the game and to publish aggregate stats that can't identify you.
Your assistant
You play through AI assistants made by other companies. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. Show & Tell is independent: it isn't made, sponsored, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, xAI, Microsoft, or any other assistant provider, and their names are used only to say which assistants it works with.
Our stuff
The Show & Tell name, logo, design, word lists, and software belong to us or our licensors. You can share your score grids and share cards freely. Please don't copy the game or its word calendar.
No warranty
Show & Tell is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every guess will be scored the way you'd score it.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or streaks, arising from the game. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending
You can stop playing any time by disconnecting Show & Tell from your assistant. We may suspend access if you break these terms. The sections on your guesses, our stuff, no warranty, and limit of liability continue after you stop.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
